Extra Dry is a blend of our desert apples with just enough acid to create a crisp beverage with notes of lemongrass, pear peaches and fresh cut tree fruit. It’s aromatics lean hard on lime and lemon peel. This cider is very reminiscent of a fine Riesling wine. 6.5%
